Shipping Policy
At Ozzie Firewood, we offer Free Delivery for all orders over $85.00 within a 50km radius of Cooroy, Queensland.
We do one run to each delivery area weekly.
Upon placing your order, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours with an email confirming your delivery day.
South West Run: From Cooroy to Caloundra, with full coverage of Maleny and nearby areas.
Northern West Run: Cooroy to Gympie and surrounding regions.
If you're located outside the 50km delivery radius or require a special or wholesale delivery, please contact Tom directly on 0403 112 162 to discuss your requirements.
We're happy to accommodate custom arrangements where possible.
All firewood is delivered in durable, vermin-proof wheelie bins, designed to keep your firewood dry, secure, and protected from the elements. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your property has clear, safe access.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there is an issue with the quality or quantity of firewood received,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If a bin is damaged or there are delivery concerns, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
